The system comes with one 1" US Military webbing strap with built-in handles and foot-loop, one 1" Anywhere-Cam-Buckle-Strap with built in Door Anchor. Simply use the Cam Buckle at the Anywhere-Cam-Buckle-Strap to set the desired height of the system. You also receive a 6 by 9 inch drawstring bag to store your workout system. The system does not come with training manual or DVD, however, you can go to one of the many web sites that provide free instructions on how to perform the different types of suspension exercises, by performing a search for suspension training exercise.
