MINDY MYLREA: CYCLE CIRCUIT Mindy Mylrea's Cycle Circuit offers the ultimate in cross training. In one hour you will get a total body workout from head to toe. Mindy warms you up on the bike and then challenges you to a ride with steep inclines, smooth flats, and awesome intervals. Interspersed throughout the ride are strength bouts of Gliding disc exercises which keep your muscles firing from start to finish as well as anchored tubing upper body work that simulates the swim phase of a triathlon. This workout creatively uses the bike while standing next to it and riding on it. You have to experience this workout - it is cross training at its best.
